Nestled amongst the dunes and marinated in native Moonah trees, this site is a short walk from the ‘back beach’.

The house is Wrightian in spirit with a stone plinth, timber frieze, fireplace anchor and singular roof form with ‘attachments’. The main living spaces occupy the ‘view’ level with decks projecting out into the canopy.

This 5 star house includes water tanks, septic system to garden, solar roof panels, bore water, double glazing, external venetian sun shading and over 1,000 native plants planted. Trying to give more than we receive…
